Ava and Lucas will be faithful to each other (there is no reverse harem). Avas growth as a character isn't pretty at times (very ugly right now), BUT it does happen. I feel bad when people get irritated with Ava because I know how it feels to hate an FMC, but I also really wanted to play with a serious character growth arc. Sometimes as we pull out of an abusive situation to stand on our own two feet we do a lot of stupid/annoying things until we find the balance of real "normal" - and Ava gets a giant face slap from her own actions later in the story that is admittedly deserved ♥️ my goal by the end of the book is for her to be a strong, independent, caring woman devoted to her mate (who is obviously devoted right back) who can kick butt all day. It's a LONG story (starting book 4 already in priv chapters) so I can only cross my fingers people can hold on to the end. I've honestly had to step back from comments for my mental health, so it's rare to see me answering comments these days, too. 😅 Sorry about that.
