i think it also has to do a lot with faith as if i am not wrong faith is also an integral part of the gods in god realm, if Wang Dong'er was not sent, Huo Yuhao and Juzi would be the main couple, sun moon empire would have reigned no matter how many cheats Huo Yuhao may have, best case, everyone prospers, in that scenario, Tang San's prestige and faith will decrease sharply as the era of soul tools will fully take over.
