Is this Pride sick? If he wasn't going to use it, why did he create all this?
"The altar was established by Lord Pride. It is carved with both the Angel's Golden Rule and the Seven Deadly Sins Melody. Its original purpose was to create a body that could house all of his thoughts, allowing him to defy the seal and walk the human realm. Because of Pride, he abandoned it,"

It's astounding how fast a novel can descend into trash. Why so much rage bait? Why this weird nationalism? Why did the iq of the opponents suddenly fall? Why so much explaining instead of showing?
You know, I have to say, of all the novels set in Investiture of the Divine and Journey to the West I've seen on this platform, this one has the most interesting and sensible interpretation yet. I may be speaking from a position of ignorance, and maybe this was their in the original story too, but stealing flat peaches, uprooting the ginseng tree, and destorying the Heavenly Lord of Cultivation and Virtue's (think I have it correct? Taiqing's incarnation) cauldron of pills and messing with the book of life and death to make Tang Sanzang's flesh more valuable makes so much sense.
