Yeah, I don’t see that happening. The skagosi are still said to live in caves or mountain fastnesses, which to be fair sounds and feel true. Are supposed to be not any different from wildlings. And their majority of trade is supposed to be from pelts, obsidian blades and arrowheads, and unicorn horns. And lastly coupled with the fact that the are perhaps the most isolated group south of wall,I don’t see them being any advanced than The Thenns.
So I believe and see Skagos as more akin to the Thenns, better than wildling with weapons of bronze, obsidian weapons and some level of organisation. But relatively backwater compared to most of Westeros, with still performing sacrifices to weirwood , following old traditions and using bronze weapons.

Unless your name is Cregan Stark.
Despite growing up in a viper's pit of politics and treachery, Jon took to the North far better. Reprieve from the summer days irked him despite his proclivity for heat, and the people were practical, straightforward, hard-working, and far less likely to plant a dagger in your back or 'fail' at poisoning you. He felt like he was back in the barracks; he truly, for once, felt at home.

I mean there could also be descendant of Aerion Brightflame through his son the rightful heir to the throne at the time.
"Yes. After Robert's Rebellion, Oberyn Martell, Prince of Dorne, travelled to Braavos where Ser Willem Darry was keeping Viserys Targaryen and Daenerys Targaryen. Oberyn and Willem signed a secret pact, in which Viserys was promised the hand of Doran's daughter, Arianne Martell, in return for Dorne's help in House Targaryen reclaiming the Iron Throne. And that pact ... was witnessed by me.", I remember the time it happened. The union between those two would also profit me quite a bit.

Dustins are a option, a house possibly older and more noble than their liege lord carrying the blood of the First king and the Barrow king.

Now that I think about it wouldn’t Lyanna be totally into Robert now.
"I was born in Winterfell, as the second son of Lord Rickard Stark and Lady Lyarra Stark. I have one older brother, Brandon, and two younger siblings, my sister Lyanna and brother Benjen. There is always something going on," Eddard began to tell us more about himself. This was what I wanted in the first place.

She should be in leviathan territory slumbering at this point of time.
And, where's Ingvild Leviathan right now, like the defined place, if it was ever mentioned?
