The itachi excuse is dumb real leaders are gonna know something fishy is up. Only reason it worked is because kishimoto has author powers. Honestly the whole uchiha extermination is so horribly written in general. You have to think how these people would act in areal living world instead of how the author makes them act.

Leaf village betrayed the uchiha and are going to try to wipe out the clan. Under circumstances that obvious I think he would be accepted. Also I think your reading too many fiction do you think on the terms he willingly goes to another village he's just going to be strapped to a bed and made to perform when most people would do that without being forced. People defect all the time even in real life and even if they aren't trusted with top secret info they are given asylum.

I would just defect to another village at this point.

Man this chapter dosent really make sense to me unless Yoichi is a sociopath who would kill a 2 year old Itachi and keep Mikoto his now woman away from him. Also how can some random clan member stop her from taking him back. If anything I would raise itachi to view me as his father at his age he's still moldable.

I sorda agree. As readers some people might not like multiple spider people but if I was sent to the marvel world I would want all the other spider heroes to lighten the burden.
