I think Bucky's devil is the best as it has not been explored much (it's potential is limited by authors imagination so it can be strong or weak )and it will be useful in transalvania as no human can talk while his head is cut-off
you also said in mc spoilers chapter that he can't kill non living things so how are trees dead don't say that they are alive robots (AI)are more alive then trees
he can be a great villain though
he can't really be a hero since all his abilities except transformation are one hit kills so if he fights a villain how will the mc defeat him (not killing) his martial arts are also base on hypothetical one hit techniques so how
