Jugram didn't have his own allmighty, It was Yhwach's so I am comparing two different allmightys of two different people. The fullbringer claim was confirmed in the Novel CFYOW. Yhwach also failed to absorb all the "remaining" power which caused those black creatures to spawn So We are comparing that being at his prime and other one who even failed to absorb the last remaining Spiritual energy of the former one. Also still silver doesn't work on prime soul king

What king of evidence are you looking for? I mean proof of all his abilities, higher spiritual pressure from manga or novel? A lot can be written but it is not possible here. Also remember that soul king is so broken that even his body parts can block yhwach's almighty, not talking about the fact that soul king probably had a much better version of it since he had four irises and Yhwach only had 3

Nope he is not stronger than prime soul king. Prime soul king was not only all races but also had all the fullbringers' abilities since they contain a part of him that provides them their abilities including book of the end, space-time manipulation and reality rejection from orihime. He also could turn imagination into reality on a much greater scale(Geremy's brain), miracle creation and absolute control over stagnation and progress from his both hands. There are still a ton of things we don't know about him.
