if you are not an experienced writer, cut of from the plot points, stick to the order and his loss of purpose keep it grounded, no city destroying spells and the like, low level demons and make gods GODS, make them trying to get him on their side,with various benefits or cause, who dose not want an immortal follower that can continue their faith and enforce it? comper your space marines from your fic to get a power level, they are op, but not really thet unstoppable, ortherwise it can get out of hand or its just ridiculus
