Basic Elements can be upgraded. Black and White Elements also be upgraded like his shadow element. Dimensional series stated to get power up by mind level. If has Special talent, like someone in his clg has which ups all fire spells power by 1 level regardless of grade or current level. And heidi(not know exact name) also has special talent to combine all Dimensional element power. If you use mind level and soul Essence to up space, chaos then it will be slightly op but not break balance. Well choice is yours.🙌
