True but we don't really know how long it takes him to get such an amount. He also has to imbue it with his Chakra no? which might take a lot of time and effort. Also, while Suna is the smallest village, he'd have to sell that amount at the very least yearly but more likely twice a year to impact the village properly. I still think he's too greedy and power hungry to do so, just look how he treats his own kids. He's the type of person to throw away Pakura, the second strongest in his village, not because she strictly opposes him but because the potential is there.

I would like to think he does it on purpose when fighting Tayuya. Probably leaves it as an opening for her to exploit but she believes he would never do that and so hasn't tried blitzing him yet. Otherwise as you said he's an idiot as he should have it up almost constantly and most assuredly before a battle even starts.
Worse yet, the bastard's bone armor took almost no chakra to maintain because it was concentrated in his body, hence, the chakra was not really leaving it so he could preserve it.

Karin would be 11 at most right now, I think she's a couple years ahead of naruto/Sasuke. She also has her Grandmother and mother running Uzushio, as well as the Uzumaki clan, so would probably be groomed for that instead of poaching her for somewhere else.
Poor Anko was incredibly excited when she heard that she would spend the time Naruto was in the academy by training with Tsunade. She was even more excited when Tsunade for the first time showed her the Village on the Other Side. The woman even reaffirmed her loyalty to Rei, informing him that Konoha never really gave her anything so there was not much of a reason to be loyal to that village.

They could but it'd be incredibly unwise. Just as was mentioned she has the backing of the Wind Daimyo and the UTC so even if she's declared rogue she would survive it and they would've made a potent enemy for no reward and more sanctions.
Revealing their secrets though... now that was a stroke of genius. She not only subtly threatened them, but she also showed them they NEED to integrate her back into the village. There was no chance to tag her as a rogue ninja. Not while their Daimyo supported her. Not when she was a part of the Uzushio Trading Company. It's not like they're banning them from buying elsewhere, even in bulk. Just what's sold on Konoha soil will be 3/4s of what could've been sold. So they're still neutral and no one will look at it wrongly because at the end of the day they are a merchant company which means they operate on profits. The other countries would just laugh at Konoha if the details got out.

Which they don't really know at this time and even if they did, he's still much worse than a natural disaster just because he's completely unpredictable to them. A natural disaster is something they can predict and deal with while limiting the damage. MC is stronger than superman and mostly unknown which I bet is terrifying or at least would put them all on edge.
