I mean, because they just shut the power off, and assuming it is an AI conducting the attack, it could have flagged the system to keep the emergency generators going to supply power to the servers you'd probably have to shut off the emergency generators its been inside the framework long enough to reroute whatever it wants/needs to stay active it controls the network now everything will have to be done physically, best you can do is try not to let it escape back out it is isolated in the servers as far as we know but because it has the network any device connected to said network is compromised phones printers anything is a potential exit/entry
