Delilah would get a spear with a spear head on the one end and a sniper barrel on the tail end. Johnny would have a staff that could be split into two that would have pistols in each one. Combined though it would make a shotgun attack that was used for armour penetration and siege tactics.

okay so he gets a penetration skill? even tho he uses skills that explode rather than pierce? why didn't he keep the ice skill if he is going to use a penetration skill. ice skills would be useful with this as they are piercing or control type which would be effective to stop an enemy before exploding them to bits?
The [Increased Penetration] skill allowed me to deal more damage and further ignore the defenses from my enemies when I had it active. It was a much-used skill by Mages and Berserkers to deal finishing blows on BOSSes

Pushing the cancer Gene into deeper layers of her body was much easier than pulling it out. That was because in the first direction, he only had to have control over the Gene itself, but in the reverse direction, he would have to poke around in deeper layers of her body.

it's probably being translated. possibly Machine translated. this happens a lot. or possibly autocorrect and the author didn't proofread. that happens to me sometimes, autocorrect changing names or simplifying my wording. i imagine that(autocorrect issues), in conjunction with Translation especially MTL, causes lots of inconsistencies to fall through the cracks.
