I dont think they saw the hornet as any kind of reward in fact I dont think they even saw the hornet at all in the earlier chapters morrow and the gang assumed the the sandworms were just fighting for territory not hunting the hornets the reason the hornets died was because they got caught the crossfire between the sandworm who were fighting since just by existing the sandworms create sandstorms around them that the hornets can’t survive

I think the starlight convergence aura wouldn’t have covered the whole swarm it also takes time to place the mark i think, the coin is also just the safer option I don’t think morrow wants to automatically assume it doesn’t have nen i mean he also thought they were just dead leaves before it suddenly attacked them so it may just be morrow trying to be careful As for your second question i don’t remember how large ponzu’s giant bees are but I don’t think they are strong enough to carry people they are mainly just used as scouts, they are a bit fragile too , it also might just have been unnecessary as they were able to stay floating anyway

He gets the the ability from absorbing post mortem nen of the king He could have always gotten abilities from post mortem nen but he doesn’t usually do so since they require some costs but the king’s condition is relatively tame And i doubt we are at the kill 1 person for one level it just broke his level cap but he will probably need much more experience to reach the next level i guess the only way he will be able to level up is by going to the dark continent

I think by the time kite returned they were already dead Tbh i do think its mainly just a plot device but its nice to think that there is a reason

Maybe since beyond wanted to accelerate his plan he made pariston send more nen users than cannon like barbara and the other hunters in the team so that might have caused the queen to give birth faster
