Starts out very good but later it becomes obvious that this was written by a very cringe Chinese person. Just by reading the title, readers must have thought to themselves the obvious questions about what people the Naruto universe will think and do when someone publishes manga that contains information about clan secrets, hidden techniques and weaknesses. Or just ourtight explains how to lean powerful Jutsu like the rasengan. Well, sadly the Author has no sound answer to any of those questions. People just don't care or it simply isn't that important. Only in the case of the Rasengan, there suddenly needs to be censorship. Uchiha secrets being published is perfectly fine.
