Idk why people are complaining about the current state of their relationship is right now, like ofc its gon be complicated they are literally fighting and if you people havent noticed tsuna literally have zero experience in this type of thing as shown in scenes where he asks for his fathers advice about love, looking at it objectively this is something needed for both of them to have a character development especially in the aspect of their relationship. Seriously people just wnna see something instant, I know it might be annoying, but tsuna literally hurt her feelings and at the same time kiyoko is not giving him a chance to explain himself, so both of them are in the wrong and how the author goes about resolving the situation will lead to the development that we all want which is them getting together. So stop complaining and wait like damn.
