Are we just gonna ignore the light elements speed?
Grey's body was covered with red lightning, he rarely uses his red lightning, but when it came to dodging attacks with such speed, he would make use of not just the wind element but also the red lightning, as well as his physical speed.

What about his light element? He has yet to use that for it's speed even though it's speed is higher than lightning.
He was not just using his physical speed, but he was also using all his elements that could boost his speed. His red lightning was faster than his silver lightning, coupled with his wind element, he was a frightening figure to keep up with, even for these guys at the Peak.
