The Prussian's can subtly burn or damage Mandarly fleet, so that the North slowly cripples and asks Prussia for help, and than they slowly dominate the north through their sea tradings. Also the 100,000 prisoners are the worshippers of the Sevens, so slowly make the Finn's help these traitors rise up against the Old God's worshippers in the north, that way the Starks will be forced to eradicate them in the name of religion and understand the hate Prussians had was justifiable. This would weaken both the North and create a hate against the Seven for other religion practicers.
