it's odd because he's clearly insane and dangerous and I'd call him evil but I don't think he's mature enough to know what he's doing, but if you look at it from his point of view it almost sounds like a fairytale. like I wouldn't like it, but he could've been presented as a book's male lead.

I don't think any of them are truly on Matthew's side, except Simon obviously. In my opinion Ava should've been more careful about showing her powers off.

that mindset be toxic and disgusting too, plus playing double agents? I'll be disappointed if his punishment is too easy. at least he won't be able to report anything because of the 10 years of slavery.

awww I love seeing her standing on her own two feet (even though Matthew gonna be mad if she's hurt) and the mutual trust in construction is beautiful, I just hope it won't be damaged later.
