That's what 'Do my work' is
Nah, I just wrote what I could find from a youtube video and posted it here.
He doesn't have any. The ROB created his body personally and chucked it into the Young Justice Universe, so he doesn't actually have parents if that makes sense.
"Could you make me an orphan, I'd rather not have to deal with parents and I'll let you decide where I reincarnate."

I mean, he could easily join them, sure, but would he really? Let's say he does join them, then he'd have to deal with the hero's plot armor. Whereas if he were to work with them then he wouldn't have to.
'Even if I'm getting this, I have to be careful of whether or not I want to stand out or not. If I remember correctly Speedy, Green Arrow's protege, was kidnapped and had a clone take his place, but I'm not a hero and I . . . fuck, I don't even know how to counter that. Even if I don't become a hero, it doesn't mean I won't interact with them in the future in some way, shape, or form.'

I won't only have him rely on tech and I have something planned for that but how I'm going to go about it is the hard part. In regard to Martial Arts, I might or might not do it. It depends on how good I get at writing fight scenes.
I just wanted to describe what his usual routine was so you won't see much if me going in depth on things like this though if there's any change I'll just say say what it is.
yes
"Alright, you'll be born in 1994 so do you want to reincarnate as a baby or older?"

No, things like that are up to him to do to himself. In regards to his routine, I'm not going to focus on it that much after this I just wanted to show what his life is like normally.
I misunderstood your question, his main focus will be on using the technology he's going to get and having fun but I might have him train? for it. He might just augment himself though since he's eventually going to have the regeneration technology.
Pretty sure in almost every rendition of the justice league i've seen so far(which are cartoons and a smidgen of comics), they always have UN approval meaning their actions aren't illegal. Pretty sure there have been cases where they couldn't go to a country because they didn't agree with the UN. Tl;dr: The justice league has an official government charter that let's them act as a private peacekeeping force. Sometimes they're allowed to operate globally, but most of the time they're restricted to just the United States.
