It’s usually said as three and out, because most times you don’t go for it on fourth down(you usually punt the ball) so you really only have three downs hence three and out
(In American football you have 4 downs to get a first down or score, so the term 4 and out means that after the 4 plays they didn't get a first down or score.)

And again, as had been expected, the lords of the Seven Kingdoms... or Six excluding the Iron Islands, were quick to respond to his call, their morale already on an all time high from the victory against the Mad King some years ago.

If I’m not mistaken the seven kingdoms are called that, because there were seven kingdoms when Aegon Targaryen conquered them(excluding Dorne) 1.) The Reach (Led by House Gardener), 2.)The Storm Lands(Led by House Baratheon), 3.) The Westerlands (Led by House Lannister), 4.) The Vale(Led by House Arryn), 5.) The Riverlands(Led by House Hoare, 6.) The North(Led by House Stark, 7.) Dorne (Led by House Martell

I assume the author meant attack this castle, and Aerys was talking about the dragon understanding commands.

During his time cutting through the heart of The North, Ragnar decided to test his power, he casted a fireball at a nearby tree, obliterating it… after that he knew his magic was working. He felt it in his bones, and how could he not? He was probably one of, if not THE, most powerful mage there ever was, his talent for the arcane was unquestionably feared and admired by all of Tamriel, as was his skill with the Sword, axe or hammer for the matter. Ragnar deduced that all the itens he possessed in Skyrim could be summoned, he didn't know where from; but he knew it worked just like any kind of conjuration.

"Imagine getting attacked by a monster when we have no weapons," Zach uttered with a scoff and glanced at Shay and Kayden to see their reaction. And it was exactly as he had predicted.
