MC won't be becoming an alchemist, although he will find new ways to improve his physique.

Bone Forging was even more difficult. Who knew how much time it would take? If they didn't step into Spirit Gathering soon, they would die of old age. So left without any choice, they had to step into Spirit Gathering.

It's okay, I don't mind criticism. If you find it boring―I can't complain. But I want to know why. A single statement doesn't give me much to work with.🙂 The first chaps were indeed heavy on info dumps―rookie mistake. I felt compelled to explain everything when I had just started writing.😅 I am not sure what you expected but MC's cultivation path will be slow, full of trials and errors. It won't be an overnight success, since he is basically stumbling in the dark, trying to find a way.

Tbh, it's disheartening to hear that.... But can you be more specific? Why or what do you find boring? Is it the characters, pacing, plot, lack of action, writing style or something else?

Not all stages take the same time. Qi Sublimation hardly takes any time. If you live in environment with dense spiritual qi, your breath will become purer just by living there. Fragmentation Boundary is more of a intermediary step, than a stage. You can step into it once you have sufficient number of apertures open. So most of the time is actually spent on Blood Condensation and Meridian Opening. Most cultivators start their training when they are 10 or less. And the average cultivator can step into Spirit Gathering when they are ~ 20, if they don't waste time on Tendon Transformation /Bone Forging. Tendon Transformation takes more time because the density of flesh is several times higher than blood. Bone Forging is even more difficult, because the bones are several times denser than even flesh.

Bone Forging was even more difficult. Who knew how much time it would take? If they didn't step into Spirit Gathering soon, they would die of old age. So left without any choice, they had to step into Spirit Gathering.

Thanks for the heads up! I have been meaning to change the synopsis for some time now, but didn't know what to put without spoiling too much, so I just left it as it is. I will tweak it bit though, so it doesn't sound so generic.

If you are referring to MC's outburst-it was supposed to showcase some of his frustration, rather than just plain arrogance.

Eastern ACTION ROMANCE ADVENTURE HAREM CULTIVATION XIANXIA

Some cultivators use swords, but they are not swordsmen. Some mortals are swordsmen, but they are not cultivators. Mu Chen would have also been the same as every other cultivator, if not for an unfortunate incident that changed the course of his life-he was crippled and left incapable of cultivating. Fortunately, the event also led Mu Chen to rediscover his passion for the sword. And in doing so, he stepped onto a completely different path of cultivation. A hitherto unknown path. But with no one to guide him on his journey, how far will Mu Chen walk the path? And where will it lead him to? DISCLAIMER: I do not own the cover pic.
