You right. A mistake on my part, for some reason I pictured them to be ape-like instead of researching it appropriately.
However, I couldn't dwell on this too long because due to my senses and everything else was enhanced, in the corner of my eyes far into the distance I could see a group of scruffy looking ape-like men wearing dirty animal furs as robes, while they carried primitive spears made of stick and stone. At the front of the group was a large one with some pretty decent amount of muscles. Most likely their leader or something.
