I feel like you don't need much during Arcane. if it spill out to the wider LoL lore then I might need more but in Arcane, I feel like Ekko could Solo most of their big bads except for maybe Warwick Vander or Viktor. that's why I nerfed the original Power Control as much as I could. You don't need that much power for the plot. it's just there to make him not weak.
Canon has already changed. Not in noticeable ways but it already had begun. First he's not the smart child that Ekko used to be. He didn't have the same talent for tinkering that Ekko had.
