I have recently reread the manga. she commented a lot on the feelings of others when ever she showed up leaving other characters confused how she knew. The water guy even jokes about women intuition. The manga does not mention if it a completely different ability but Orochimaru does mention she has a unique sensory ability, the only connection is Mito another Uzumaki which has the minds eye of the Kagura of course Mito was much better, but we don’t know if it is because Mito is just stronger or because her clan was still alive and had more experienced trainers or just because of Kurama or a mix of them all.
