ok the way the author has done these chapters is annoying, the chapter keeps missing scenes from the previous chapter. the chapter flow is terrible it goes from one moment to the next, the ending of a chapter and the staring of the next doesn't meet up because of this the chapters feel as if thy are missing points
if thy cant track children, how did he receive a letter to meet up with a teacher? if thy can send a letter to him then a teacher can fined him as well because of apparition thy can move much faster than owls and besides this is a magical world and your saying thy cant use magic to find one child who doesn't know how to use magic to hide himself? if thats so Voldemort must of had a really hard time in finding people that he wanted to kill
