It's a nice change of pace from the usual sociopathic monster which the author likes to write. Don't get me wrong, I did like the Naruto fic, but it was missing the human element. Now there are actual conversations, instead of the MC's mad ravings about immortality and constant manipulation. Overall, I think this a step-up from your other stories just by the virtue of having an actual human (or fishman) as the protagonist instead of a bipolar mad person. Keep up the good work.
