It's more like they ignore them, they're considered not worth the energy and just left to die. Fate universes work in a way that every certain amount of time, something akin to a "save" is made and from that different timelines are born, the ones that don't manage to get to the expectations of the world (sometimes Alaya sometimes Gaia as both are called that) get either corrected by the use of counter guardians to make them historically similar or get pruned to save energy.

Oh, this isn't explained much but from the beginning when they explain why Chaldea is still there even though the rest of the timeline was burned by Goetia's 3rd NP. CHALDEAS (The globe thingy that you can see in the home page of F/GO) is basically a replica of earth made by using the Soul of the world as a base(Basically the Counter force). Not much is explained but it counts as its own "earth" and because of that Chaldea was not affected by Ars Almadel Salomonis.

This is a misconception, Mash shield is the catalyst in itself since the purpose of the round table is to gather Heroes.
Though, summoning is really luck based, just as portrayed in the game. After all, they mostly do their summons without any catalysts. Only the Heroic Spirits that they encountered during each Singularity can be specifically summoned since they possess their catalysts.

The reason why Arash NP can stop rongominyad is because of how his NP works, Stella's purpose is to end all conflicts and that resonated with Rongominyad which can't be used without a meaningful purpose, since the only result of the attack would be bloodshed, Rongominyad dispersed.
PS: Take this with a grain of salt, this is Nasuverse's power scaling. Even if the numerical combat power is canon, only their feats should be treated more concretely.

This is nearing the point of MTL Chinese novels in regards to grammar and pace, many of the words are misused and the sentences are all over the place. In regards to the plot it's almost non-existent aside from the author making sure Rimuru keeps alongside the solo leveling characters, in the end it was a good idea ruined by bad execution.
