And if he can learn Senjutsu! If he replaces it with Senjutsu, then he could absorb natural energy and use Sage Mode. It is equivalent to realizing/developing the skill of perfecting Sage Mode's chakra, that Naruto wanted to develop in the fight against the Six Paths of Pain. (A/N: this might actually be Sage of six Paths mode, the author is trying to put here.)

That's why you should keep Sunshine nerfed till the final battle with the Night King. After all it does look odd for a prideful man to scheme when he can simply obliterate everything in front of him. Keeping his powers nerfed atleast gives him reason (weak as it may be) to jump through the hoops and go around scheming
He will get more prideful the older he gets, but he will still be different from Escanor from 7DS. Don't f*king call the story boring without thinking. If I wanted to write a one-hit-wonder story, I would have made Escanor grow to adult size by the time the war started and have him burn all of Westeros to the ground. That would be SO BORING!!

I loved the concept of this story, but the global chat really kills it for me (read till chap 393) The global chat sequences start taking more and more of the chapter word count while repeating the same lines. Japanese, Korean, and American people will badmouth MC with paper thin defenses or hope to see him die in the upcoming fight while Chinese people will, of course, face-slap them a few mins later. The same scene might last over 2-3 chapters due to chat commentary while adding no value to the story.
