its not matter of novelties but exposure. People tend to choose JJK because they know more about it compare the other two since most anime fans these days only watch anime as for reading manga/novels its only the minority if you compare it to all anime fans. For me I dont read too much Action like JJK and Chainsaw man and only found out about it when they announce the anime, As for TBATE i know it first since i'm a fans of fantasy, isekai and magical genres. So preference in genres also effect people knowing the manga.
