No, it is Demonic Brilliance of Evil Light, but it wasn't explained, but yes, part of it involves having 12 wings when pureblood and massive reserves of demonic power.

Each one granted me a ability concerning the bloodline. The Lucifer bloodline let me wield darkness and light as well as cancel miracles or sacred gears of my choosing. Asmosdeus was basically the lust king so I'm a incubus basically. Leviathan granted me the ability to control all forms of water. Finally, Beelzebub made me immune to all poisons. I'm still considered a heavenly Dragon by the system so I have no weakness to the light/ holy attribute.

Probably, but it is stated in the novels that out of the three biblical factions the fallen angels is the one with less numbers and they lost few leaders as they retreated in time during the great war. So Grigori has a lot of cadres but little manpower.

The only first generation devils that survived are Zekram Bael and Runeas Gremory, when the rest died or if they died we don't know, another devil from the first generation that is still alive during canon and mentioned is Mephisto Pheles the one that made a deal with Faust and is kind of in charge of some human magicians. But most likely the first phenex died during the great war, after all their immortality can be defeated either with light, holy power or by having them use all of their demonic energy.
