With three conflicting personality, it severely twisted her ego and behaviour. One day she is being nice and pretty. The next day, all hath hail mary.

Added up --- Roy certainly knows he's not yet at the top level. Both Morgan le Fay and Aoko Aozaki are stronger than him. Luck, timing, conditions, hidden cards, and circumstances play crucial factors for Roy to get a slight victory. Both women refuted of losing the fight, throwing remarks this and that. Mind that Morgan and Aoko have stubborn and pride. So they'll never admit to be defeated completely. Roy does need more time and knowledge to get a better picture of how powerful he could grow. Maybe in a couple of years of the plot. He'll be in a pinnacle where challenging and surviving against a full-power Ultimate One like ORT is possible.
It can be jarring that Roy is not dominating the battlefield like other OP protagonist. But the author at least know the limit of how one goes in Nasuverse. This series revolves "Knowledge is Power". No matter how insane and OP a being. There's a way to navigate and exploit weak points if they have.

It's actually true immortality. Mentioned that neither undead like Dead Apostles, or Elementals/True Ancestors, Gaia, Heroic Spirits. None of them are true immortal. They are borrowing time to exist, a pseudo-immortality. Heaven's Feel granted the magician a higher level of existence.
