Sadly most writers forget about the long lifespan of the Uzumaki. Some seem to think that the Uzumaki bloodline is not special in any way. Many forget about the multiple Uzumaki kekkei genkai, like great vitality, seal talent, probably chakra chains, kagura mind’s eye, long lifespan, a large amount of chakra, as well as the possible unknown ones due to so little information about the Uzumaki being known. The only Uzumaki abilities we actually know about are the ones Kushina and Karin have, as well as the ones in flashbacks. It makes me wonder what else they could have, uchiha have the seemingly random sharingan abilities, Senju seem to have possibly strong bodies from what I have read in fanfics as well as a good amount of talent in everything or overwhelming talent in specific things or both, both clans have greater than normal chakra reserves. Uzumaki should definitely have more abilities that we don’t know of.

What he said is indeed “concerning,” as while Minato would not go against Konoha’s past friendship with the Uzumaki, danzo and hiruzen would. If danzo and hiruzen cared at all about their village’s past friendship with Uzumaki, Naruto would have lived AT LEAST a ‘normal orphan with an inheritance’ life. danzo would not have spread the ‘kyubi in human form’ rumor, since danzo didn’t care, hiruzen could have stopped the rumor at it’s source/sources AKA danzo and the elders and dealt with the rumor easily. Neither of those two care about the Uzumaki other using them for their benefits, because they didn’t care the Uzumaki are almost dead and Konoha is still the strongest village, which it wouldn’t be if Uzushio survived. If you say it’s because danzo used shisui’s eye, this happened years before that. I don’t believe hiruzen would lose to an uchiha’s regular eye genjutsu.
