This happened to another novel I was following. The translator stopped uploading translations and Webnovel just let the novel unfinished. No follow ups from their team or whatsoever. So I guess the translator also dropped this one. Good thing I have read some spoilers before and I already know the ending. At least for me, the story has ended.

I feel like Nianzhi's biological mother is Qin Suwen, considering that Qin Yaoguang seemed to have altered her face. And Nianzhi has similarities with Qin Suwen. I guess it's really not meant for He Zhichu to be Nianzhi's lover because if ever, they're siblings. Things are kinda twisted but I guess that's where this story is going.

I hope Bai Yanchuan makes a joke that they slept together, he and Ye Xun. 🤣🤣🤣 I wonder how Ye Xun is gonna take it. 🤣

okay. i'm not familiar with the parallel universe concept. but...is huo shao like a glitch in this whole thing? he doesn't seem to have another him in the other universe. or is it he zhichu? or has this been explained in the previous chapters? i skipped a lot of chapters because these twists in the story kinda put me off

Why can't He Zhichu just cooperate with them? This is why I don't like him. Whatever he's keeping from everyone clearly has something to do with the dangers that Nianzhi has faced. He's not doing good to Nianzhi at all. He's being selfish and arrogant. He'll only soften when something really bad happens.

I think if He Zhichu disclosed information on Gu Nianzhi when they were all asking him about her childhood, Huo Shao and team might have been prepared and prevented such things to happen. I mean, I think He Zhichu knows who took Nianzhi or at least has an idea why she was taken away.

It is so ridiculous how they still don't recognize her. And for someone who claims he loves and knows Jing Xi so much, Huo Yunshen is quite stupid. This arc is very unnecessary I think.
