a little question, do you know about "The Daily Life of the Inventor in Anime World" ? Didn't read too much of it, but the name of the chapters seem to folow the same path as your own, just spread into small chapters and some sentence seem to be diference but lead to the same development...
is this heavily inspired by "It Started With Devils & Artefacts" or is it a simple copy with little change (most chapter have the same name, the same direction in the plot... the chapters are just smaller, making it take a few small chapter instead of one bigger...)

The point is mainly that compared to One Piece where most battle happen on the sea, in the Naruto world, most of them are on land. Which is why it's doesn't seem to make sens to call it "Marine". Might just have gone with Akatsuki and show the difference with garp theresd. In a sense, an organisation similar to the Marine but with another name.
