Bazz-B had pink hair and eyes styled in a mohawk and almost always wore a smug look. But in his current state, he only appeared aggressive. His outfit was a variation of the typical white Sternritter uniform; in his case, a white trench coat styled as a vest (leaving part of his abdomen exposed), black gloves, and white pants cut off just above a pair of black military boots. He had two skulls with crossed bones on each bicep, a fine chain around his neck with the Wandenreich emblem, small bolts in his left ear, and a screw in his right used as an earring.

You’re reaching too far to get this interpretation man, if it truly was the case it wouldn’t be made in a one-off comment against Maki, he would have probably brought it up more, or Maki would have had a bigger reaction to it instead of just ignoring and moving on, jjk never shied away from mentioning SA, an example is the r*pe curse in jjk 0, or just kenjaku, so it wouldn't be because jjk was shonen either that the line wouldn't be expanded on if that was the case. Either way, I understand why you would write it like this to get (mc hype moment) of him getting angry and stuff, but it was really just lazy writing man, I really hate the trope of (oh how do we make this hated character even more hated? Oh I know, let's make him r*pist!) You had some great writing throughout the story so it was kinda unexpected of you to pull some shitty writing here.
