Hopefully this question and answer system extended after dealing the foul dark god within the cup. Adding new characters like Aoko, Alice, and Soujuurou, Mahoyo trio. Also included Tsukihime casts since this system can extend beyond one timeline.
There's a slight difference of that kind of timeline. Illya birth. In Fate/Zero, Illya was 8 at the time of Fourth Holy Grail War 1994 and in Fate/stay night, 18 years old when the Fifth HGW rolls in 2004. The circumstances of Fate/kaleid timeline differ in regards to Illya birth. She was born in 1994 when the Fourth HGW begin. See the difference? Instead of Irisviel being used as the lesser grail for the war, Illya was chosen when she's still a newborn. This was something that neither Kiritsugu and Irisviel wanted. So they abandoned the war, dismantled the grail, and lived normal lives for their daughter. Kuro or Chloe is a personality utilized as the lesser grail. Her memories were sealed when Illya turned eight months old. She's able to see and hear what Illya experienced but she can't do nothing as she was sealed. So in retrospect, this fic timeline if Shirou being adopted still happens somewhat. Illya would properly grow up as a fine young lady. Her physical growth in stay/night only stunted due of the Einzberns retribution against Kiritsugu betrayal, as well prepping the lesser grail.

Unfortunately for Gil, he became distorted after spending 10 years in the world after he incarnated. He is incompatible to modern society. Just one among Heroic Spirits that aren't adaptable to changes of humanity custom and value. Except to his younger and older counterparts who's pretty well fine.
Ikr? There's a reason Magicians are feared and revered. From what I know so far, True Magic seem to produced unlimited mana. This energy is infinitely pulled either from within or outside. Zelretch magic is the operation of parallel worlds and timelines. He can draw limitless mana from other dimensions. Aoko magic, Fifth magic, particularly is consumption and extinction. Her sister, Touko, boasted a great amount of Magic Circuits. The Fifth doesn't need this to activate as it's a miracle towards 'advancing civilization'. So this consumption of magic can be attributed to entropy of the universe. The last to note is Heaven's Feel, Third Magic - this magic is the released of the soul and reaching transcendent. It's similar to Buddhism enlightenment. Heaven's Feel revolves around of preventing the soul dispersed to Akasha, realizing true immortality. The practitioner will acquire an unlimited source of Magical Energy due to the soul becoming analogous to a perpetual motion machine. Chihiro should have no problem regarding mana but I guessed he lacked imagination. A true novice that would make Alice Kuonji (descendant of First), slammed on the idiot head.
I begin to hate this fanfic if the author keep the damn worm prolonging to survive. Be honest, this author loved the old worm, yuck.
Chihiro need to prove to Alaya that he's not a danger. Zelretch got scot free because of his deed from defeating Type-Moon endangering the world. As well taking the side with the Human Order. Zelretch is like the Ancient One and Dr. Strange who took the role as protector of the world from outsiders (specifically from another dimension). There's Aoko Aozaki who's being hunted by Counter Force since she haven't proven herself harmless. One time she used her magic, Fifth, to saved Soujuuro from death by reversing time. The consequence were heavy as this magic fastened the heat death of the universe by 'years' (don't know how many were spent due of Aoko action). Touko was mad of her sister recklessness and the Counter Force observed this from sending 'Red Shadow'. This unknown entity is seen afar at the background when Aoko switched to Red mode fully activating her magic.
This would be another cliche of how this true magic is used. The fandom made a universal gesture that this magic is simply creating things out of nothing. In truth, the mechanics is rather complex.

That's alright. It's great to learn more everyday. Fate series has been a constant fascinating to explore. It's not just the waifus and amazing arrays of characters that I like. But I never seen another story utilized deep lore in regards to the concept of parallel worlds and timelines. What's more that it works with how this franchise goes sh*t the further went things for good or worse. Other stories with the concept of multiverse is inconsistent and improper to followed. The writers would give it an excuse that 'it's a story', 'our works, our world'. Fate writer at least give extensive fundamentals of how things make sense even though it doesn't look like it.
