~Mushroom Kingdom Castle~
(Back in the Kingdom, Mario has arrived from the mall, carrying a YouTube remote with him)
Nishaki: Mario, is that my pal Susan's remote? How did you get it?
Mario: It's kind of a long story, but please stand back.
Kel: Was this for SMG4's anniversary?
Mario: What makes you think it is? (Uses remote to summon a portal, whereas a massive crowd fell on him)
Kel: (notices her arm's detected another phone call) Yeah, I'll go take this. Don't try to die, Mario.
Mario: I won't. (Proceeds talking to them)
(Kel then went inside the castle to start another video chat, only to see Lo in a pink-ish background while panting)
Evelyn, on his side: eh, eh, eh... No cheating-ACH!
Lo: I'm not trying to cheat!
Kel: Lo, what was going on? I got a feeling something's up.
Lo: You think? Listen, I'm going through some major difficulties right now. So, I don't think I'll be here in time. I'm sorry-
(The call then suddenly ended afterward. This leaves Kel in a questionable doubt)
Senko: Don't worry. I'm sure he's doing fine right now.
~Shipwreck Swamp First Aid~
Lo, after seeing his hand patched up: Thanks, Petey for the aid. I didn't think it is fatal on your hands.
Petey: Aw shucks. After all, this is the starting area for budding adventurers in this MMORPG. That reminds me, it is time for your initiation.
Lo: Whatever it is, I'll be ready.
(Eventually, he's given the same type of combat Tari would deal with later. But given he had experience BEFORE arriving here, he aced it with flying colors)
Petey: Well, done, Matey. You'll be on your way to being the captain of the skies!
Lo: Thanks, man. Also, is Tari doing ok here? It took me a few minutes for clearing the tutorial & it was just after you helped me.
Petey: You bet. I think she'll be up in a while. But either way, good luck, fellow adventurer.
(Raising his sails, Lo goes onto the portal which gets him off the island)
Lo: I will. Oh, and don't try to look like you're operating on her when she wakes up. She hates that.
Petey: Ok!
(As the new ship goes into the open server, Lo just snickers the fact that Petey would forget that. Meanwhile, a nearby pink ship looms on the horizon)

Bo: & apparently, that's how it went.
Marco: I see. It looks like your son-figure has gone through a bit of trouble since a few days ago, huh?
Bo: Yeah, but come to think about it... (starts having hazy visions of what appears to be multiple-colored circles) it seems to be familiar.
(From all of a sudden, Theo bursts out of the console. Everyone around had been shocked by his presence)
Bo: AH! AN ISLAND GOBLIN! (Wields herself a left-out pipe)
Theo: Ok, first of all, rude. & Second, I think Lo & Tari are in trouble!
Bo: Wait, are you also one of Lo's friends?
Theo: Sure am. My name's Theo from the video game, Ultra Jump Mania. & We need to find these two.
(That was when Lamar's arm received a notification from Skybreakers)
Lamar: Just wait a second. A newbie named RoundSpark01 is calling me out for something stupid.
Theo: (looks at the notification & notices something familiar) Wait... I know who that is.
~Meanwhile, back at ???'s Lair~
Uzi: Alright. It appears... my next work is finally done.
N: I don't know about this. It looks kind of stand-offish.
Uzi: It will be fine. SMG4 has brought countless dead memes into his 10th anniversary, & this appears to be the next best thing.
N: Well, it is cringe-y upon looking at it.
(The work Uzi refers to is the flying submarine shaped like the creepy emoji)
???: That... wasn't so bad.
Uzi: I know, right? Now get in the floating head, N.
N: This isn't one of the other weird conversations I had.
(The two then drove off in the emoji head as their leader watches on)
???: This time... it will work. The plan to bring back... what was lost.
~First Island~
Lucinia: Why are you calling OtakuPrince from this game?
Lo: Look, months ago I kind of heard some of Lamar's nicknames back at Pocket Gakusei. I would suspect his other nickname to be used here.
Lucinia: Please, we're at a 10M+ server of a popular globe-spanning game. It would take forever to at least find him.
Lo: (sees a ship heading towards him) I expected him to come.
Lamar: Oh, hey there buddy! Long time, no see.
Lo: Nice to see you again, Lamar.
Marco: So. This is the RoundSpark kid you're talked about.
Lo: Yeah, it's not my first choice for a clear username.
(That's when they see Tari out of the portal, & in trouble with Evelyn)
Lo: Guys, Tari's in trouble. Let's get her!
(& that's when they bombard Evelyn's ship, & got Tari on board)
~Marco's Ship~
(After a brief discussion with the gang, Tari enters the captain's quarters where Lo is waiting)
Tari: Lo! There you are.
Lo: Hey there, Tari. Sorry about not being with you back at Shipwreck Swamp. My injury is not as serious as yours.
Tari: No need. I felt a little grown lately. (Looks at the horizon) Do you think things will be back to normal?
Lo: I don't know, but I'm sure we'll do it together.
