Capítulo 30: Disha -
"Don't worry Joe, I got it. It really won't be a problem", I said for the fifth time in 20 minutes, glancing over the clock in my hand.
Actually, Joe has a sister-in-law living in Manhattan, New York. And her daughter has her birthday coming, initially Matthew and Joe had sent a gift for her. But there has been some problem in the mail agency. So, the gift won't be sent in due date. And that's why when she learnt that I'm in USA, she called me to send her niece-in-law a gift on behalf of them.
"But Joe, I hope it won't be a problem for you to do what I asked you", I said clenching my teeth, as if she could see me.
Well, yeah, like Joe even I had asked for a favor. May one is just in ten days. And since it was the first day when I had dreamed of Raidan, I am thinking of having our wedding in the same day. It's just my thought, I haven't discussed it with Raidan yet. But I know that he'll agree. Cause for him, 'The sooner the better'. And as I want to have my family over for my wedding, someone will have to check my family members passport, to make sure that no one's passport has expired yet. And I could only ask Joe to help me with this task.
"Hell no, don't worry about it. I'll take care of everything", she said from the other side of the phone and I could hear that she waved a hand.
"My wedding is in ten days and you guys need to be here in seven days, are you sure you will be able to manage?" I asked her for the second time ,walking my way towards physics department's teachers room.
"Yeah, yeah sis, don't worry. I'll take care of everything. We'll be there in seven days. So you would better be prepared", she made a sound which I knew was a smirk.
"Ok, big sister, I will see you in seven days, hopefully. And I'll discuss about the next procedures once I am hundred percent sure that everything's great", I said clenching my fist lightly.
"Heyyy, I told you not to call me big sister, it sucks", she has rolled her eyes for sure..
"Hello, I'm D. May I know where Raidan is?" I asked his colleagues as I noticed him missing, after walking in the room where he had asked me to.
"D..!!" a girl exclaimed just in the same way as I had exclaimed when I had met Niall Horan for the first time in one of our tours in Ireland.
I opened my mouth to say something but closed it soon after a pout as I failed to find the most appropriate words to say. As I looked around the room, everyone was looking at me in an awe but the girl who called my name and there was another girl with her, looked at me with devotion in their eyes. Well devotion is probably the most suitable word to use. You know they are staring at me exactly in the same way as I would stare at the screen when I see the news of One Direction's reunion. I looked around again and then I thought of lighting up the situation.
"Hey, you were saying something?" I said waving a hand infront of the girl who had just said my name.
She looked clueless as she just got out of her zone and looked around, in between me and the other people present in the room. Then when she finally figured out what to say, she replied.
"Raidan? Professor Raidan? Are you looking for him?" her eyes looked as if were dancing with excitement.
"Yeah, do you know where he might be? He told me to come here", I said looking around again.
"Do you have an appointment?" she asked being completely official.
"No...." I said as I rolled my eyes.
"I don't need that", I let out a soft smile.
"Ok, then I guess you will have to wait until he gets back", she said turning her back to me and getting into a secret conversation with the other girl.
"Ok", I said.
"Could you at least show me where he is?" I asked, felling relentless.
"For the sake that you are D, I guess I will. But you'll have to be quick, cause his fiance is coming and I've to be here to attend her", the first girl said looking at her watch.
Now it's interesting!! They have been asked to take care of me but they don't know me, I mean they don't know the fact that I'm 'the fiance' they are supposed to attend. Well, I don't want too much attention, so I didn't think of the necessity of letting them know the fact about I'm the one they are looking for.
"Maybe I could show her the way", the other girl said.
"No.... Elea, I'll go and you stay here", the first girl said.
"But.." the second girl who I believed was known as Elea, was about to say something but had to stop after getting a few glare from the first girl.
"This way..!" the first girl showed me the way outside the room.
"I'm Roye by the way", she said as we walked up the stairs.
"Hello Roye, I'm D. Nice to meet you", I said with a smile looking at her.
"Yeah it's a very pleasant meeting with you too", she said holding back a giggle.
"Here, this room, professor Raidan is taking class in this room", Roye said as she showed me the room.
"OK, thank you Roye", I said putting my hands on my hips.
"You remember my name?!" she said with a big smile.
"Well, of course you do after all you have so good memory", she faced the walls while saying this.
"Hey, Roye, can I sit on this chair?" I pointed towards the chairs beside the wall of the classroom.
"These chairs are for waiting, so sure you can!!", she said shifting her attention back on me.
"Thank you", I told her.
She looked at me as I settled on the chair and was walking away but suddenly she stopped and came back and stood right infront of me. I was looking at my phone but I had to look up when I saw her legs infront of me.
I looked up and saw her staring at me. She didn't say anything but just stared at me.
"Roye, anything?" I asked her out of confusion for not being able to understand her behavior.
"Yes," she replied.
"And that would be?" I asked arching an eyebrow.
I looked at her for a response but she didn't say anything and instead she took something out of her pant pocket and as soon as we had an eye contact she handed me a pen and a notebook. I looked at her with confusion written all over my face as I took them from her. She also looked at me blankly when I stared at her.
"Autograph?" she finally said after hesitating a lot.
