Wu Jinmai's POV

I opened my eyes and looked at the person next to me. I get up and groan. My back hurts like hell!

I look at my husband. He's still sleeping. I check his wounds. I have to make his own medicine and stitch his wound so that it won't reopen too easily.

I got off the bed and pulled the quilt. I can't stop groaning while putting on my shoes.

I saw where Uncle lies. He's also resting. I check his pulse and temperature. I'm glad he's not having a fever. I move his clothes a little and check his wound.

"I'm glad both of you were okay," I whispered.

I walk out of the chamber and look around. I have to talk to Xu Jiaxu. It's already late in the afternoon.

Dusk will soon fall. We have to go back to the palace for better treatment for the two of them.

I heard noises on the left side. I walked closer and saw Xu Jiaxu, our savior, and other people drinking tea in a gazebo.
