"Oh good, they saw it!" The Witch sighed in relief, leaning out of the cave entrance as Jar'ra and Sephr, followed by the dwarves and Cedric, plodded along towards the Gypsy's cave. They held torches to scare away the fog as they followed the twinkling through the trees.
"Like ants holding sparks. It will take them half the night to even get here, and it takes a full night and day to cross the river and get to the next shelter."
"So, we will stay here for an extra day. Or go off the path, that shortcut you and I built."
"Gypsy, that bridge hasn't been touched in over twenty-five years. Who knows if it could hold the weight of a bird let alone horses and people."
