On Saturday, Joseph Thompson had a meeting in the morning, so he got off work before 5 pm. By the time he drove to the Riverfront District, it was only around 5:30 pm.

He had left the key with Jaylene Ziel, so he stood at the doorway and pressed the doorbell.

Jaylene heard the ringtone and came to open the door. She was wearing a casual white short-sleeved T-shirt suit, her hair tied in a ponytail, with a few strands of hair falling on her forehead. She jogged towards him with a smile, looking like a high school girl who had just finished school for the day.

Joseph looked at the vibrant woman in front of him and was momentarily stunned, as if he had seen such a woman a long, long time ago.

Jaylene opened the door, saw him standing there and couldn't help but call out, "Hey, are you coming in?"

Only then did Joseph come to his senses, and looking at her, he smiled and said, "You look great in this outfit. You'd look even better in a sports jersey."
