"Now that most of the important stuff is out of the way, is there anything you want to ask us, General Meria?"

The Saintess asked, causing Meria to bite his lip in agitation.

Meria wanted to ask a thousand questions but needed clarification on what he was allowed and what he was not allowed to ask.

The cheeky grin on Eric's face did not help his decision a single bit.

"Stop looking at my omega, you stupid Saintess. You don't want me to order the temple's demolition, right?"

The emperor asked in an annoyed voice.

Kerin might be a child, but his voice still affected Meria's body. 

The Saintess noticed this, and the grin on his face brightened even more.

If Meria saw any underlying hints of sadness on that face, he chose not to comment on it.

"If you are having trouble choosing what to ask, let me ask you the questions. First, you do know that I was cursed, right? We know about this as much as you do."
