Capítulo 15: Leather Armor.
Isaac opened his eyes and found himself standing in the streets.
To be more precise, he was standing at the spot where he had logged off.
He also noticed that the players had better gear than previously.
Most of them weren't wearing the same newbie gear as Isaac was, instead they were already wearing leather armor.
Some even had pieces of Iron armor equipped.
Isaac decided to go check out the Armory again and see if he could buy a few pieces of armor, depending on how much it cost.
He walked through the streets and arrived at the shabby-looking building whose interior was much better than its outside.
And when he was just about to enter the building, he was interrupted by someone.
"Hey, girl! How did you manage to wear male clothes?" Isaac turned his head and saw a group of three girls wearing Leather armor.
Despite the armor though, their excellent figures couldn't be hidden. Males and females had a slight difference in the newbie outfits, with the Male having a white shirt and leather pants and females having a long-sleeved shirt with leather pants. The only difference was the fact that their pants were slightly shorter than males.
The group of three was looking at Issac with curiosity. His skin looked flawless, which made them a bit jealous.
Isaac rubbed his cheek and said, "I am a guy..."
"WHAT?!" The three girls exclaimed.
'I don't look like a girl...' Isaac almost cried imaginary tears, but then saw his reflection in the window.
'My skin looks smooth and my eyebrows look delicate... but that's all...' Isaac thought. 'Maybe I should build more muscle...?' he wondered.
"Y-You are a guy?" The group of girls couldn't believe it.
"Yep!" Isaac said.
"Wow..." The group of girls looked fascinated— their cheeks blushing pink.
"Nice talking with you. Now if you can excuse me," Isaac said and entered the building.
"W-Wait!" The group of girls followed behind him not wanting to let go of that quick.
Inside Isaac once again saw the grumpy-looking seller.
But he didn't go to him directly instead, he looked at the items on the walls.
There he found the price of leather armor quickly.
[Full Leather Armor - Cost: 300 White Coins]
"Not that expensive…" Isaac murmured and went towards Iron items.
[Full Iron Armor - Cost: 800 White Coins]
Isaac gazed at the heavy-looking armor.
'It doesn't seem like a fit for me... Not flexible enough... But the Leather Armor is good...' Isaac observed the leather armor, which was obviously more expensive.
Isaac then went to the leather armor and grabbed it before going to the grumpy-looking old man and putting the armor on the desk.
"I want to buy this and 100 Flintlock bullets."
The grumpy-looking old man snorted, "310 White Coins!"
Isaac nodded and put the appropriate amount of coins on the table.
The grumpy-looking old man grabbed the coins and waved his hand, "Get lost."
Isaac put the armor in the Inventory and the bullets in his pouch. He turned around and headed toward the group of girls who were waiting for him.
"H-Hey." The first girl said with a slight blush.
She had short blond hair with beautiful blue eyes. The armor slightly covered her figure, but her beautiful face was still a magnet for guys.
"Yeah?" Isaac raised an eyebrow, 'Why are they waiting for me?' he wondered.
"C-Can you accept my friend request?" She asked with hope.
'Friend request? There was something like that?' Isaac didn't know, and he became rather curious.
He nodded in agreement, "Sure."
The blond girl clumsily pressed something in the air, and a message popped in front of him in the next moment.
[Friend Request Received!]
[Player Hellsky has sent you a Friend Request!]
[Accept/Reject]
Isaac pressed Accept.
[Player Hellsky is now on your Friend List!]
[Hellsky: Level 8]
"Me too!" Two other girls shouted loudly not wanting to be left.
In the next moment, Isaac had another two players on his friend list.
[WinterLove: Level 8]
[SnowMaiden: Level 8]
"Thank you!" Hellsky bowed deeply.
"No problem?" Isaac said with a strange tone before leaving the building
But just as he had started walking in the streets, he heard their loud shouts "See you later!"
'Weird girls.' Isaac thought with a slight smile.
He soon reached a bench and sat down wanting to check out where the friend list was located
"Hmm... Interface." Isaac murmured, not finding it immediately.

"Oh..." Isaac thought it was weird for the Friend List to suddenly appear.
He wondered how could he send a friend request without the Friend List and how had the three girls manage to do that.
"Strange..." He muttered, but then he saw him having 10 stat points.
"Ah... Let's see." Isaac put all the stat points in Precision.
He was planning to test the Precision's absolute limit and hopefully prove King Klaus wrong.

Isaac then opened his Inventory and grabbed the Leather armor.
[Leather Armor (Common) - HP Increase by 10 Points]
He wore the leather armor and looked like a more experienced player.
"10 Points increase..." Isaac muttered and glanced at his HP.
[HP: 60/60 - Leather Armor Effect]
"That's nice... But I don't wanna buy the Iron armor... Is there a better armor perhaps..?" Isaac shrugged and decided to throw those thoughts away for now.
"I need to level up..." Isaac stood up and left the village.
He reached the familiar-looking forest, that had fewer players than before. But then he heard fighting noises coming from the forest. They sounded a bit distant to him though.
"This will be difficult..." Isaac thought aloud.
Players' levels had been increasing greatly, and most of them were already good enough to defeat Level 5 and Level 6 wild animals.
"Should I player kill?" Isaac decided to enter the forest first and decide there.
Most of the players had grouped up with their friends or their newfound allies.
'Killing is almost impossible. After all, I can't kill whole parties. Additionally, I might become a target for player killing because I am alone…' Isaac wasn't sure what to do, but he sneakily entered deeper into the forest encountering a lonely-looking Wild Bear.

Isaac took his Flintlock from the Inventory and aimed at the Wild Boar. But then… he heard a noise.
He quickly hid behind a tree peeking towards the other side of the forest.There he saw three different individuals sneaking closer to the Wild Bear, trying to take it down with a sneak attack.
'This will be difficult...' Isaac thought while eyeing the three figures.
But If he plays this right he just might get a lot of XP…
Capítulo 16: Kill Steal.
A few minutes ago.
Three figures were crouching behind a bush while looking at the Wild Bear located not far from them.
''Tom, are you sure about this?'' A young man with short blond hair asked with some uncertainty.
''Luke, trust me! This will be an easy kill.'' Tom said with a confident expression.
He was a slightly taller man with brown hair.
''I-I am not too sure about this... What if someone kill-steals it?'' A young woman next to them asked.
She had long brown hair, with average-looking face, and leather armor.
''Jess, have some faith alright,'' Tom said with a grin.
Jess and Luke couldn't help but sigh at that.
''If we die... We will become Level 1 once again, and we won't be able to play for another week. We will be left behind by a great margin.'' Luke tried to talk some sense into Tom.
But the man snorted, ''If we kill the Bear, we will Level Up, and get a lot of White Coins.''
Jess and Luke wryly smiled. They knew that once Tom decided to do something, he will most certainly do it.
''Let's sneak attack and deal as much damage as possible. The rest will be easy.'' Tom said and left the bushes.
Jess and Luke followed behind him. They dodged every twig on the ground to avoid making even a slight noise.
Tom held his sword in an attacking stance, observing the bear. He and Luke were swordsmen, while Jess was a Healer. Jess was holding a green-colored cane that she could use to heal others.
Tom and Luke were standing next to each other and were only 5 meters away from the Bear now.
Tom showed three fingers to Luke, starting a count. A second later, he lowered one finger, and another second later only one was left.
And when he lowered the last finger, both men leaped into the air.
''RAAA!'' Tom shouted madly and chopping his Iron sword down.
Luke attacked the Bear's neck as well because attacking the neck and head gave critical damage.
The Bear heard a loud shout, before feeling two sharp items stabbing his neck.
''GRAAAAAAAAAA!'' The Bear shouted madly.

The Bear turned his mad red eyes towards Tom and Luke.
''One more!'' Tom shouted, but before he could do anything the Bear's paw appeared above him.
''LOOK OUT!'' Jess warned.
Tom did a sidestep, but Bear used his paw to slap him away.
''UGH!'' Tom groaned in pain and crashed into a tree nearby.

''JESS, HEAL ME!'' Tom shouted.
Jess turned her cane towards Tom, the tip of the cane glowing with a green color. ''Heal!'' She shouted.

Tom stood up and rushed towards the Bear. In the meantime, Luke was desperately trying to dodge the Bear's paws. Though soon his luck ran out, and the Bear used his paw to smash Luke to the ground as well.

The Bear was just about to finish him off when Tom appeared behind him.
''RAAA!'' Tom stabbed his sword deep into the Bear's back making it roar madly. ''RAAAAAAAAAWR!''
The bear twisted his body, sending Tom flying a few meters away

At this point both Luke and Tom were down on the ground, and only 5 HP remained on the Bear.
''JESS, HEAL ME!'' Tom roared.
His HP had been lowered by Bear's hit as well.
[HP: 8/58]
''I-I can't. It is on cooldown— wait for 10 more seconds!'' Jess cried out with a pale face.
''WE DON'T HAVE 10 SECONDS!'' Tom cried out and saw the Bear stomping toward him menacingly.
''D-Damn...'' Tom muttered.
*SWISH*
''Ah!'' Tom cried out and felt something hit the back of his head.
He looked confused, but soon body turned into pixels.
[You Have Been Killed By Player Wraith!]
Luke and Jess were shocked.
Tom suddenly died!
''H-How?''
*SWISH*
Two rocks left the forest and hit Luke on the forehead.
[You Have Been Killed By Player Wraith!]
''L-Luke...'' Jess went pale and started retreating.
The Bear looked confused as well, but then he heard Jess' voice. It turned its menacing red eyes toward the brown-haired girl wanting to attack her.
But before he could take another hit, a rock suddenly hit his head.
''RAAWR!'' The Bear felt angry, but his body turned into pixels.
Jess fell down to the ground in fear.
*Crack*
The sound of a twig getting broken behind her was heard when she felt a cold item touching her head.
''Sorry about this.'' She heard a male voice.
*BANG*
A hole appeared on her forehead, then her body turned into pixels as well.

Isaac sighed and looked at the messages in front of him.

Isaac grabbed three pairs of Leather Armor from the ground along with the 2 Iron Swords, and a green-colored cane.

''Ahh...'' Isaac was quite disappointed by the drops, but he had planned to sell it anyway.
He also grabbed the item he obtained by killing the Bear.
[Omega Wild Bear's Meat (Common)]
Isaac's nametag became completely orange.
''Orange...?'' Isaac finally saw it.
''It came from the player-killing, I guess...'' Isaac scratched his head knowing he couldn't return to the village with an orange nametag.
''Well, since I can't return... May as well do my Quest.'' Isaac said aloud and opened the Quest Interface in front of him.
[Hunt The Adult Wolf!]
[Difficulty: Level 7-10]
[Reward: 100 White Coins - Relationship with Kulos will improve]
[Time Limit: 1 Week]
*Ding* *Ding*
At that moment though Isaac heard a dinging noise.
He put his Interface on and saw a blinking red spot on the Map. This time it didn't only show the Swornword village, it also showed the Forest, with a blinking red spot on it.
''I guess there is the Wolfie...'' Isaac murmured and saw that he had to go deeper into the forest to reach the Wolf.
