Holding her breath, Wendy blinked as she watched Jill, who was by now standing right behind Timothy, giving her an OK signal. She then started talking again to distract Timothy.

"Come on, it's just two years," she said. "I promise you that if she has not accomplished anything in two years, I will personally bring her back here. Then, I will take her under my wings and personally teach her everything about designing, mentoring her until she becomes a full-fledged designer. Will that do?"

Now, this was what Timothy had always wanted, that Wendy would personally mentor Jill.

That was also why he had made Jill join her as her personal assistant when Wendy moved to MC.
