Chapter 67 — Missing Complete.
The Fusion Reactors accelerated to their maximum limit. The converter storages had released high-density particles, flooding the internal structure of their Knights. As such, the outputs and performance increased to a whole new level.
The crystal scales were infused with highly concentrated energy. It now shone brightly while emitting intense bursts of heat.
The transformation of Rokurome and Fortuna ended, a strange mental link forming between them.
"Death to humanity's enemy!" Jason and En stoically uttered.
Rokurome quickly zoomed towards the swarms of sperms, emitting steaming heat from its mouth.
"This feels diff
erent… It reacts to me in a strange way…!" Jason exclaimed in astonishment.
It felt strange and different when he controlled Rokurome. There seemed to be no delay between them. No, it may have even reacted much faster than himself. As if his thoughts were projected nano-seconds into the future.
Wielding four black katanas with four arms, Rokurome flashed amongst the sperms and slashed rapidly.
Swiish! Swiish! Swiish!
With every move, it managed to cut down a sperm with ease. There was no resistance, but only instant destruction of True Bodies.
The sharp blades easily slice across the Placenta Body and True Body.
As Rokurome continued to slaughter them like helpless lambs, Jason realized he severely underestimated the new version of Rokurome.
He felt the urge to explore the possibilities inherent within the new Rokurome.
Of course, it wasn't easy to deal with the small Gaunas that sprouted placenta arms and fired crimson lasers that numbered countless.
Jason would use the rough rocky terrains to his advantage. He would use it as a natural shield when he was overwhelmed before counter-attacking.
"I feel like a different person…" En mumbled amazingly.
In link mode, her senses grew sharper while her perception of the world seemed to turn slower.
En gradually assimilated with Jason's piloting ability, allowing her to move Fortuna as if it was Jason himself controlling it.
As she immersed herself with this strange state, numerous red beams flew toward her location. It was accompanied with many charging sperms.
Two arms soon appeared next to her own arms. The same happened to her legs. It felt like a hallucination that existed to guide her.
She followed the movement of the two arms and legs, managing to quickly avoiding the red beams before shooting at the several sperms.
And that wasn't the end. The image showed no signs of ending. It persisted to slay the Gaunas.
En tried her best to follow the movements, but it was simply too fast for her to completely follow.
Still, she never gave up and pushed herself to follow it to the best.
En gritted her teeth, feeling this state was sensational to experience. It felt like a new kind of sense Awakened within her. At the same time, it allowed her to feel the disparity between her and Jason.
It was too huge to even compare them.
With the addition of Jason's ability, she soon managed to easily slaughter hundreds of sperms.
After seeing that there were only a few hundreds of them left, Jason thought it was time to wrap up everything. There was also the placenta membrane which they left for last.
"En!" Jason bellowed.
En hurriedly made Fortuna go towards Jason without a delay. It felt like she already knew what he was planning without a need for him to say.
Rokurome and Fortuna soon stood side by side before quickly flying towards the remaining sperms around them.
Swoosh!
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
Displaying a seamless teamwork, they fired non-stop while flying around the rough terrain.
They had each other's back, flying across the ranks of sperms while spinning around each other.
Soon, the thousands of sperms were annihilated.
The only thing left was the placenta membrane that resembled a large tsunami.
Now, it was trying to flee after becoming afraid at the terrifying display of their prowess.
Observing it closely, the placenta membrane was riddled with hideous wounds from the attacks of Jason and En.
Not allowing it to escape, Rokurome and Fortuna quickly arrived before it.
Slassh! Slash! Slash!
Rokurome slashed multiple times using its four katanas. It happened in the blink of the eye before it slowly unsheathed its katanas back.
Several lines appeared on the large placenta membrane as it gradually began to fall apart.
Bang!
It soon exploded into nothingness.
Swiish!
The transformation of Rokurome and Fortuna soon ended.
"Good work."
Jason said to the haggard En.
"Command Bridge, we have successfully annihilated every Gaunas. Over."
They soon received a reply.
"Well done! Continue the recon mission and assess if there's any remaining hidden danger."
"Roger," Jason accepted without much to say.
Rokurome formed a palm formation with Fortuna.
They continued on their route around the unobservable sector. On the way, Jason eliminated some stray Gaunas.
Soon, they managed to complete the recom mission after gathering plenty of information.
And thus, Jason returned back to base to wait for the next mission.

I know it's short, but I don't have energy to write for now since it's the start of my school. For now, I'm compiling ideas for future plots.
I'm now in grade 11(ABM). Time sure flies too fast:(
But anyway, being a transferee sucks. My new school also kinda sucks but also quite good.
