Chapter 50 — Big Star Corporation.
After reading the information contained in the tablet, Jason was simply amazed. The overall features of the Guardian Suit were incredible and useful.
He was also relieved to see the catheter now being removed. It was instead replaced by nanobots. He wouldn't now feel uncomfortable every time he wore the pilot suit.

It has been a long time since the revival of Toha Heavy Industry. And because of their continuous supply of innovative technologies to Sidonia, the officials and residents had already formed a firm faith in them.
A solid faith that even surpassed their previous faith towards Kunato Development.
Toha Heavy Industry had already robbed every trust and expectations of the public away from Kunato Development.
Currently, all the inhabitants know that Toha Heavy Industry's future would be very bright.
As for Kunato Development, it was only desolation.
It was definitely not a good situation for the Kunato Development. As each day passed, their status and power slowly started to fall.

Kunato Norio, now succeeding as the president of Kunato Development, announced an emergency meeting. He was followed by the vice president, Kunato Muzoko.
As the Kunato Development was slowly crumbling apart, the previous president had recently passed away. As a result, Kunato Norio inherited all the company's assets.
After the meeting was called, all the important people went to the conference room, looking lost and listless as there seemed no other way for Kunato Development to rise again.
They were completely defeated when it came to technology.
At the conference room, they looked at Norio, who was sitting calmly at his seat unlike them. They were at their wits' end after being extremely desperate to prevent their inevitable fall, but their desperation proved to be futile and useless.
Kunato Norio was their only last hope.
Norio seemed to already understand what they were thinking in their heads. He stayed silent for a while. Mozuku looked at her brother, slowly nodding her head.
After staying silent for a minute, Norio finally opened his mouth.
"I know of a way to save Kunato Development without wasting all of our sweat and blood. And it's the only way left for us."
"And… What is that way, president?"
They asked curiously, looking at him with hope in their eyes.
"This will be the final decision. All of you can't disagree with it."
"The only way left for us to survive is to merge with Toha Heavy Industry. The two companies will be under Jason Star, Sasaki, and lastly me."

They instantly fell silent.

That man was the one responsible for their downfall.
They wanted to refute this kind of decision, but they couldn't manage to open their mouths. Perhaps, they inwardly knew this was the only way after thinking of every other way.

Kunato looked at his sister before sighing deeply too.

Today was a very memorable day.
While being broadcasted and watched by the entire public, Sasaki and Kunato made a contract of merging Toha Heavy Industry and Kunato Development together.
Jason stood between them, dressed in a formal suit, acting as a third party for them.
Completing the contract, the two soon shook hands with each other.
"I hope to work nicely with you," Kunato Norio said while smiling nicely.
"Same for me, I hope we work nicely together to help Sidonia," Sasaki replied while laughing.
Seeing them shaking hands, which symbolized them cooperating nicely, Jason smiled joyfully.
This meant more manpower, brains, and assets to assist them in hastening the progress of Sidonia's technology.
After a while, the media soon started to interview them, asking very important questions.
"Who holds the highest position of the merged company between you two?"
After hearing that question, both Sasaki and Norio cracked a smile. They started shaking their heads.
"No, you got it wrong. It's not us."
Their answer confused everyone who was watching them.
Sasako then pointed her fingers at Jason, causing the latter to feel confused.
Eh? Why are you pointing at me?
"Jason Star is the one responsible for this merging of two giant companies. If not for him, it wouldn't have happened. With his contributions that allowed him to revive and raise Toha again, we decided to give the highest position to him."
"Of course, since he's a pilot, the majority of the command will be directed by us."
All the people watching couldn't believe what they were hearing. They widened their eyes, not expecting this at all
Sasaki grabbed the microphone, holding it near Jason's dumbfounded mouth.
"Now president, please tell us the new name of your company. A new name symbolizing a new beginning."
Jason stayed silent before starting to chuckle.
I get it. They must have wanted him to act as the front man for the company.
He then took the microphone away from her hand, speaking with a thin smile as he gazed at the cameras, looking deeply into the eyes of the people who were currently watching intently.
"I'll call it as Big Star Corporation! A corporation that will revolutionize the entire Sidonia!"
Jason then raised his fist up to the sky, his whole body illuminated with light.
"Viva La Revolution!"
