"Carter, I already finished all my final designs for the Clairmont Condominium Units," Andy informed her immediate boss as she reported in his office.

She and her team were working overtime on an existing assignment. The client requested expediting the project. Therefore, their boss demanded they finish finalizing the designs by tonight.

"That's great, Andriana. Let me see." He immediately scanned her work and checked every detail, looking for possible flaws in her design.

At this stage, her work needed to be flawless. Her boss could not let imperfection slip through the cracks, and anything less than one hundred percent had to go through another revision.

"What do you think?" She asked, hoping her work would pass her boss's high standards.

She was exhausted, having to slave to the project for hours nonstop. She could not even remember if she had eaten anything or drank water.
