He didn't regret choosing the abilities he had bound to his Essence crystal but if he would receive the chance to change his choice, he would probably do it.

In most situations, one could have made a better choice but that didn't mean the given predicaments at that time allowed a better choice. Thus, Dilan was more than satisfied with his overall decision, which he put to action by turning into a flash after he had activated [Switch], [Walk of Thunder], and [Second Acceleration].
