"Have we finally received the report from the surveillance ships? Patch them through—I'll question them directly!"
Sengoku had prepared for this moment long in advance. To prevent a sneak attack by the Whitebeard Pirates, he had deployed a large fleet of surveillance ships to monitor their every move.
"It's not that, sir… All 23 Marine ships assigned to monitor the Moby Dick's movements have gone silent as of just now!"
"What?!"
Sengoku's face contorted in shock.
"It seems other pirate crews in the New World are also mobilizing. As things stand, we have no way of determining the scale of their assault, their timing, or even their target. We've completely lost track of them!"
Bang!
Sengoku slammed his fist onto the desk in frustration. "We've been played! Have they already begun their operation?!"
"And we have no idea where their attack will come from."
"Alert all personnel! While Ace remains in custody, there's a strong likelihood that Whitebeard's forces will strike at Impel Down!"
"Yes, sir!"
Meanwhile, in Water 7

Uchiha Security Company Headquarters
"President," Uchiha Inari voiced his concern, "are we really accepting this? The World Government might not have good intentions."
Akira chuckled. "Since when do you turn away customers in business? It doesn't matter if their intentions are good or bad—we just need to do our job well."
The Summit War, huh? Even if Sengoku hadn't invited him, Akira had planned to attend. He wouldn't miss such a legendary battle, one that was a defining moment in One Piece.
Being hired under legitimate pretenses, though, was a convenient way to join the fray.
More importantly, he had his own reasons for going.
Akira couldn't help but reflect on the irony. He'd only just sent Luffy on his way, and now fate had arranged for their paths to cross again so soon. Life's unpredictability couldn't have been clearer.
Still, he wouldn't show Luffy any favoritism. They'd only met a few times and weren't close.
He'd already done what he could to help—and some things he probably shouldn't have. He owed Luffy nothing.
"I'll head out first. You all stay here, keep everything secure, and don't slack on your training. The Uchiha clan has greater and stronger challenges ahead, and all of you are the foundation of our strength."
"Yes, sir!"
Akira, once the captain of the Konoha Police Force, carried that same authority here.
His subordinates, many of whom had served under him before, held him in high regard.
Through their exposure to this world, they had come to understand its turmoil. The conflicts here were more frequent and far more brutal than those in the ninja world.
Back in Konoha, they lived in relative peace—barring rare events like the Nine-Tails' attack. Daily life was tranquil.
But this world was different. Peace was nonexistent. Both pirates and the Marines had their darker sides, and the entire world was steeped in chaos.
In such a world, survival depended on overwhelming strength.

With a flash, Akira used the Flying Thunder God technique to return to Amazon Lily.
He informed everyone about the World Government's request.
The Uchiha clan raised no objections. The commission's substantial reward could have covered the clan's expenses for an entire decade.
As shinobi, they were accustomed to missions. Rejecting one with such high stakes would have been unthinkable.
Hancock also agreed to accompany Akira. As a Warlord of the Sea, failure to answer the summons would mean forfeiting her title.
Though she no longer needed the title to protect Amazon Lily, she agreed to go primarily because Akira was going.

At Marineford
With the Whitebeard Pirates annihilating the surveillance fleet, tensions in Marine Headquarters soared.
The port of Marineford became a hub of activity as renowned Marine officers from across the globe arrived to reinforce the stronghold.

At the Holy Land of Mary Geoise
Donquixote Doflamingo arrives!
Doflamingo strutted down from his ship, clad in his iconic pink feathered coat, hands in his pockets, radiating arrogance.
Gecko Moria and Bartholomew Kuma arrive!
Kuma held a book in one hand, while Moriah sported fresh bandages around his head.
"Fuffuffuffu! Moria, what's with that look? I heard you got schooled by some kids. Aren't you embarrassed, dragging the Warlords' name through the mud like that?" Doflamingo's mocking laughter hit its mark.
Moriah scowled. "Doflamingo, you bastard…"
Turning to Kuma, Doflamingo jeered, "Kuma, I heard you let some brats escape at Sabaody. What's your connection to them?"
"It has nothing to do with you," Kuma replied coldly, shutting down the conversation.
Marshall D. Teach arrives!
Blackbeard stepped onto the docks, his booming laughter announcing his arrival. "Zehahaha! So this is the Holy Land of Mary Geoise? Never thought I'd step foot in the World Government's territory! Zehahahaha!"
Dracule Mihawk arrives!
Hawkeye strode in with steady steps, his presence commanding respect.
"Fuffuffu! Hawkeye, I didn't expect you to answer the summons so easily. I thought you'd refuse."
Hawkeye replied calmly, "I simply want to test the gap between myself and that man."
Doflamingo was about to continue when his gaze shifted to the sea.
A ship was approaching—not a Marine vessel, but one bearing a diamond-shaped emblem: a red and white fan against a blue background.
Every eye widened. Even the disciplined Marine honor guards tensed.
The emblem was unmistakable: it belonged to the hottest rising power in the world—Uchiha Security Company.
"It's them!"
"What are they doing here?" Doflamingo frowned. Just days ago, Uchiha Security had clashed with the World Government. Now, they were docking at Mary Geoise.
The ship reached the port and came to a halt.
The greeters stepped forward, announcing loudly:
"Presenting: Uchiha Akira! Boa Hancock! Uchiha Shisui!"
