"Why?" I raised a brow and he went to sit cross-legged on the other side of Nora.

"The council are having a small war in the meeting room and if you don't hurry up and go end it then I'm afraid that their war will only progress and ruin your precious palace."

"Damn it. They're still here," I facepalmed.

"Well yes... You're the one that acted all cool for a moment then wandered off and left me there alone to try and calm them all down since nothing you said made any sense."

"You're the first-in-command, it's your job to clean up after me."

"It's either the palace steward- Victor's job to clean up after you or your secretary whose name I have forgotten. It's my job to train the knights of Lysandra, not entertain your council."

"There are only three smelly old men who are in my council. The rest of them are young men or women, one of which you used to have a crush on."

"Yeah, well... That didn't turn out very well."
